Question 1

Is AAMANTRAN a self-service or automated template app?

Accepted Answer

No. AAMANTRAN is a professional invitation design studio. Unlike DIY generators or Canva templates where you must struggle with alignment and fonts yourself, our team of experienced designers personally typesets, arranges, and crafts your invitation around your family details.

Question 2

What is the core ordering process?

Accepted Answer

The process is simple: 1) Browse our design collection. 2) Choose your preferred style and formats. 3) Fill our brief form or message us directly on WhatsApp. 4) Our team creates your invitation and sends drafts for your approval. 5) The final files/links are delivered right to your WhatsApp.

Question 3

How will I receive my completed invitation?

Accepted Answer

All finished files — high-resolution posters, printable PDFs, video files, and website links — are delivered directly to you via WhatsApp. You can immediately forward them to family groups, share them on WhatsApp Status, or print them.

Question 4

How long does it take to make an invitation?

Accepted Answer

Typical turnaround time is 24 to 48 hours for digital posters and PDFs. For cinematic videos and invitation websites with multiple functions, it generally takes 48 to 72 hours after all details and photos are received.

Question 5

Can I request changes or corrections after seeing the draft?

Accepted Answer

Yes, absolutely. We share initial previews with you on WhatsApp so you can review names, spellings, timings, and layout. Our team will refine the invitation according to your feedback before releasing the final high-resolution files.

Question 6

Can I include photos of the couple or family?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Once you connect with our team on WhatsApp, you can share high-quality photos of the couple or family. Our designers will edit and integrate them seamlessly into the design.

Question 7

Can I get invitations in Hindi or other regional Indian languages?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Because every invitation is composed manually by human designers, we support Hindi (देवनागरी), English, and bilingual layouts, as well as other regional Indian languages upon request.

Question 8

What formats can I choose?

Accepted Answer

We offer four primary formats: 1) Invitation Website (shareable interactive link), 2) Invitation Video (cinematic motion card with music), 3) Invitation Poster (high-resolution digital flyer for WhatsApp), and 4) Invitation PDF (printable multi-page itinerary document). You can choose any single format or bundle them in a package.

Question 9

How do I make payment for my order?

Accepted Answer

Once we review your event details on WhatsApp and confirm the scope, our team will provide payment options (UPI / Bank Transfer). We keep the process transparent and straightforward.
